Returns and Warranty

Due to the custom-built nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns for minor variations in appearance, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email address] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

We will assess each case individually and, if eligible, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatically issued and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any refund offered is at our discretion and will be subject to mutual agreement between the customer and ourselves.

In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be provided, depending on the circumstances and condition of the returned item.

Warranty

We do not provide any express warranty or guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Our products are built to high standards, but as many are used in custom or off-road applications, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their intended use. Improper installation or misuse may void any implied warranties.
