1. Order Processing & Lead Times

All of our products are built or assembled to order. As a result, processing and build times can vary depending on current workload, material availability, and the complexity of your order.

We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of our work, we do not guarantee specific dispatch or delivery dates unless confirmed directly with us.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, shipping times will depend on your location and the chosen delivery method. Typical delivery times (after dispatch) may range between 2–10 business days depending on your region and carrier.

Please note: Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or extreme weather events are outside of our control.


3. Delivery Updates

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking information (if applicable). We recommend monitoring your tracking link for real-time delivery updates.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Australia-wide. If you're outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items ordered. In some cases, larger or custom-built products may require a manual shipping quote.


6. Delays and Communication

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially for custom items. We do our best to communicate openly about delays or issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue.
